Conceived as a practical and dynamic course about artistic associations, the “Taller de Agrupaciones Artísticas en Madrid” is an initiative for students of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
The show “A ciegas. sobre lo invisible”, is the outcome of a creative theatre workshop carried out with blind participants, actors, professional and amateur dancers at Matadero de Madrid between February and May 2012.
“A ciegas. Lectures in the Dark” is a performance in which blind and visually impaired people perform dramatized readings in darkness. The results are on show at the CaixaForums of Barcelona and Lleida.
Through its experience in the field of cultural mediation, hablarenarte: participates in the opening of this new cultural institution of the City of Madrid via a study and a training program.
“A ciegas. Lecturas escénicas en la oscuridad” is a literary experience focused on one sense alone: hearing. It involves staged readings given by partially or totally blind people in a complete blackout.
Lugares de Tránsito is a programme of artist residencies made up of 8 bilateral meetings between Latin American and Spanish artists in the cities of La Havana, Santo Domingo, Maracaibo, Bogota, Miami, Guatemala, Panama and Quito.
"Ocho Visiones: Distrito C" is a photo exhibition curated by Pep Benlloch, that has as topic the new building of Telefónica Distrito C in all its several dimensions, sociological and architectonical.
Designed for high school students with a specialization in Arts, "Inmersión en el Arte" is one intensive week of work with contemporary artists, an opportunity to experience new and different creative processes.
"Música y cambio" is a course that is celebrated in parallel to the International Festival of Contemporary Music in Alicante. It gives the keys to understand the climate for musical creation and its renovation in the seventies in Spain.
