IEEB, Romania’s premier international experimental printmaking art festival, invited Javier Martín-Jiménez to curate the main exhibition of the sixth edition
Conceived to be taken around five European countries, “Reproducción, repetición y reivindicación” is a group exhibition of Spanish artists currently working with printmaking and with multiple and serialised art.
Comprising six partner countries, “Password: Printmaking” is a project funded by the European Commission Culture Programme 2007-2013. Its purpose is to consolidate working networks in the field of printmaking.
The partners of Password: Printmaking have organized a travelling group show featuring 24 artists from the six participating countries.
Within the European project Password: Printmaking hablarenarte: organizes various artist residencies through its six partners, and a professional exchange program.
For two consecutive years (2008-2009), Cuenca is hosting the Festival Internacional de Grabado Contemporáneo Ingráfica, an initiative providing space for professionals and enthusiasts to meet and address the subject of graphic, multiple and serial art.

From October 3 to November 17, 2013, the exhibition "Impressions +386. Contemporary Slovenian Art" will be on show at Calcografía Nacional (Madrid), featuring the most recent graphic art production from Slovenia.
