The programme for promoting Spanish art in ARCOmadrid 2013 consists of devising a professional and personalised tour for the international guests at the fair, led by curators who are either Spanish or resident in Spain.

This year the Spanish curators are Ane Agirre, Ángel Calvo, Diego del Pozo, Ana García Alarcón, Rosa Lleó, María Montero, Iciar Sagarminaga, Bernardo Sopelana or Elena Zapata, among others.

The aim is to enable each professional guest to meet with gallery owners and artists within their sphere of interest. This new service provides a unique chance to see the fair through the eyes of a specialist curator on the Spanish scene, thus encouraging future partnerships between Spain and other countries.
