Mediation of the temporary exhibition La Ribot. A escala humana.

In the framework of the exhibition La Ribot. A escala humana, organised at the Sala Alcalá 31 (Comunidad de Madrid), hablarenarte will be in charge of the mediation of this monographic exhibition dedicated to the career of the choreographer, dancer and artist born in Madrid and based in Geneva. During the months of February, March and until the finissage on April the 3rd, the mediation team will accompany visitors, proposing routes that will build bridges with the artist's work and activate the bodies, devices and objects that will be inhabiting the room.

According to the artist, this exhibition "is not simply a question of looking: rather it is a case of acting and using. The exhibition speaks about what people do with their bodies, objects and space. And about what happens in the manifest relationships established between them. These relationships may be geometrical, philosophical, sentimental, catastrophic, narrative, unexpected and always poetic. Here there is no separation between visual and choreographic, sculptural and live, action and gaze. Here all things are part of a compact whole".

For this occasion, hablarenarte has put together a hybrid team made up of the mediators Paula Mateo López, María Ene and Mario Hernáiz, the artist Estefanía Santiago and the performer Raúl Marcos. In addition to the support provided by the artistic team of Alcalá 31 and La Ribot, we form a constellation around which the mediation strategies will gravitate.
