In 2012, the Camón Murcia Center and hablarenarte: begin a collaboration to foster professional training in the area of culture, offering two monographic courses.
European Grants for Non-Profit Cultural Activities
Taught by Sören Meschede, responsible for European projects such as “Curators’ Networ” or “Password: Printmaking,” this course is designed to offer an overall view of the current panorama of grants from the European Commission for cultural matters. In two theoretical-practical sessions, students will become familiar with the calls for proposals and the procedures linked to applying for, carrying out and justifying their projects.
Cultural Management with Limited Resources
Taught by Javier Martín-Jiménez, responsible for projects such as “Ingráfica. Plataforma Internacional de Arte Gráfico” or “Biblioteca Intervenida,” this course is designed to offer practical keys to the management and production of cultural proposals with limited resources. In two theoretical-practical sessions, students will discuss and apply useful tools to evaluate the viability of their personal projects.
