Cibeles CentroCentro Culture and Citizenship, colloquially "5Cs" is an area devoted to the reflection and vanguard proposals in the areas of culture, citizenship and creative management of public spaces, where it deals with issues as sustainability, models for an efficient and intelligent city as well as coexistence models, among others, through platforms for discussion and artistic and corporate exploration .

5Cs is located in one of the symbolic building of Madrid, Palacio de Cibeles, the former Palace of Telecommunications. Today, the historic site is filled with ideas of for the XXI century, defining a new space for cultural and civic action.

For the open house activities of 5Cs hablarenarte: developed a study to the implementation of cultural mediation in the institution, initially one of the key activities of the center, and subsequent staff training.
