Catalogue. Espacios Vitales. Arte y creación en la UAM

The publication "Espacios Vitales. Art and creation in the UAM" collects the documentation material of the exhibition of the same name held at the Universidad Autonoma in Madrid in late 2007.

In the introductory text curator Mary Azcoitia, explains the conceptual key proposals to the artists in order to devise their creations around the idea of space at the university. Jesus Carrillo, Professor of Art History and Theory of the institution that hosts the project reflects on the impact of contemporary art practices in the discourse of art history. The involved artists reflect in their texts on the idea of space and on the idea that they materialized on the occasion of the project.
